Now you can make make creamy, rich and absolutely delicious Greek Yogurt at home for a fraction of the cost of store-bought varieties!

Our Greek Yogurt Starter Culture is a thermophilic (heat-loving) culture which means it will require a yogurt maker to maintain the correct temperature during culturing. It is a true heirloom culture that can be used indefinitely and it contains the bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.

If you like to make supermarket style yogurt at home, this is the perfect culture for you! We like to use single cream as a thickening agent with our Greek yogurt culture to produce a very airy, thick yogurt that is often full of bubbles. It is the kind of yogurt you are used to buying from the supermarket as a “Greek-style” yogurt. One of the benefits with our starter culture is that you can make it at home without the need to add sugar, preservatives or emulsifiers.

Very easy to use. Only requires a yogurt maker which are reasonably priced and can usually be found online for under €30.

Our products are living cultures and for best results they should ideally be used within 48hrs of receiving them. The faster the cultures are used the higher the success rate. It is normal for cultures to take 3-5 brews to fully settle into their new environment as they are very temperature sensitive and need time to recover from the shipping process.
