Our kombucha scobys are premium, unique scobys that will produce a lovely fruity brew.
Handcrafted by professionals, each “full sized scoby” has a minimum of six weeks growth to ensure the highest spectrum of beneficial acids and bacteria are present in the starter culture. Each scoby comes packed in a fresh, potent starter tea which quickly lowers pH to prevent mold and helps kickstart the fermentation process. Our scobys are ready to brew on arrival.
