At NutriBrew, we want to ensure your live cultures reach you in the best possible condition. Please find the details for our shipping options across the island of Ireland (ROI & NI) below.
Please note: All delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed. Order processing typically takes 1–2 working days, depending on order volume.
Shipping Options
Standard (Not Tracked) – €3.50: This economy option is available for orders up to 500g.
Please Note: This service can be slow. As there is no tracking information provided, we cannot offer updates on its location once it leaves our facility.
Registered (Tracked) – €7.00: We highly recommend this option for all orders to ensure speed and security. This is the mandatory option for all orders exceeding 500g.
Delivery Guarantees & Responsibility
Guaranteed Speed: We can only guarantee fast, priority delivery with the Registered (Tracked) option.
Delivery Times: NutriBrew is not responsible for transit times or delays caused by the carrier. Once your package is with AnPost, delivery schedules are outside of our direct control.
Freshness Advice: To guarantee the vitality and freshness of your cultures, we strongly advise selecting the Tracked option to minimize time spent in transit.
Seasonal Delays
Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy periods (such as holidays or promotional events). NutriBrew cannot be held responsible for carrier delays once orders have been dispatched, including those caused by high seasonal demand.
Our Fermentation Promise
We stand behind the vitality of our cultures. As fermentation is a biological partnership, our success guarantee applies when:
Instructions are followed: The provided activation guide was followed precisely.
Timely Feedback: You contact our support team within 7 days of delivery if you observe no activity.
Expert Troubleshooting: You attempt one “rescue batch” as advised by our team (usually a simple adjustment of milk or temperature). This promise covers one replacement culture. Shipping fees for replacements apply.
Returns & Refunds
Live Cultures: Due to their perishable nature, returns are only accepted if unopened and dispatched back to us within 48 hours of receipt.
Non-Perishables: Equipment (strainers, bottles, etc.) may be returned within 28 days for a full refund.
Process: Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
