SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering. The vast majority of orders are shipped the same day if placed before 2pm. All cultures are placed in food grade mylar packaging and shipped in heavy duty cardboard boxes. Most packages will fit through your letterbox.
Our cultures have been proven to remain stable even after 15 days in transit so please try not to worry if your package is delayed. We are Ireland’s biggest supplier of live cultures and have spent years investing in and testing the safest and best delivery methods.
Shipping to Ireland and Northern Ireland is Free via a non tracked service. Shipping costs for our tracked service is a flat rate of €5.50. All other destinations are automatically calculated at the checkout when ordering. Costs depend on where you are located and weight of total package being sent.
The shipping methods available are: (1) Free Non Tracked service via Anpost. (2) Flat Rate €5.50 via Courier, tracked. Depending on your location you will have the option to choose your prefered method. If you only have one option then your parcel will be sent with Tracked.
All shipping times below are estimates. We want you to have your products asap, and will be constantly monitoring our shipping providers for that to happen.
IRELAND NON TRACKED: 3 – 5 business days
IRELAND TRACKED: 2 – 3 business days
UK: 5 – 6 business days
Europe: 4 – 8 business days
Rest of the world: anything from to 7 – 20 days (depending on destination)

All shipping costs are non refundable.
You have 10 days to return your cultures from the date you received them.
To be eligible for a return, your cultures must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Your cultures must be in the original packaging.
Your cultures must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your cultures, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
