Shipping

At Nutri-Brew we do everything in our ability to ship out your order as soon we can. So that you can enjoy our products’ benefits as soon as possible. Though unfortunately, we’ve discovered at times the Irish postal services are struggling with the enormous amount of packages to process due to the increase in online shopping.

Please consider your package may take a bit longer than usual to arrive. Though please trust that we do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible. Nevertheless, we advise you to order in time to cope with these possible delays. We thank you for understanding!

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering. However due to the nature of our live cultures and to ensure you receive the freshest possible product orders can be delayed from time to time..

All cultures are placed in food grade mylar packaging and shipped in heavy duty cardboard boxes. Most packages will fit through your letterbox.

Our cultures have been proven to remain stable even after 15 days in transit so please try not to worry if your package is delayed. We are Ireland’s biggest supplier of live cultures and have spent years investing in and testing the safest and best delivery methods. 

Standard Shipping Costs

We currently offer standard shipping (no tracking) on all starter cultures for just €4.50 via Anpost (3-5 business days approx). *Price increase 03/23 due to Anpost rates increasing consistently over the past 12 months.

This includes:

Milk Kefir Grains
Water Kefir Grains
Kombucha Scobys
Sourdough
Yogurts

Please note that this shipping method is NOT tracked and delivery times are an estimate only. However most packages do arrive sooner rather than later. 

Tracked Shipping

*Please note: Tracked shipping via Anpost (2-3 business days) is now available when you purchase a starter kit.

Shipping times:

All shipping times below are estimates. We want you to have your products asap, and will be constantly monitoring our shipping providers for that to happen.

IRELAND NON TRACKED: 3-5 business days.

IRELAND TRACKED (kits): 2-3 business days approx with the majority of packages arriving in just 1-2 days.

*Please note that during busy periods like Christmas the above estimates could change.

All shipping costs are non ­refundable.

Returns

Due to the nature of of our products being living cultures, we will only accept returns as long as they are unopened, in the original packaging. *We are unable to offer refunds or replacements on anything returned to us where the the packaging has been opened. For all other products such as strainers, bottles etc.. (non-perishable items), you can return them within 28 days for a full refund. Postage costs must be paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your cultures, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
